Pricing

Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, or additional work required.

Any additional charges will be discussed with you before extra work is completed.

Vehicle Condition

Please tell us about any existing damage, loose trim, damaged upholstery, electrical issues, aftermarket accessories, or other vehicle concerns before service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, wear and tear, or previously damaged components.

Personal Belongings

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment.

We are not responsible for belongings left inside the vehicle except where required by law.

Mobile Appointments

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle.

Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a [CANCELLATION FEE].

Detailing Results

We cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, scratch, odour, pet hair, water spot, or other permanent condition.

Results depend on the age and condition of the vehicle.

Concerns or Damage

Please contact us within 48 hours if you have a concern about your service.

We may request photos or inspect the vehicle before determining the appropriate solution.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

We are responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
